Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by ThinkKTech (a subsidiary of Askasia Technology LLP). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ThinkKTech provides AI-powered data services including lead generation, business data scraping, data enrichment and verification, and custom data collection. Our services involve extracting publicly available business information from online directories, verifying and enriching that data, and delivering structured datasets to our clients.

2. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use the data we provide only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when using our lead data for outreach
  • Not resell or redistribute our raw data without prior written consent
  • Not use the data for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose
  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or requesting free samples

3. Data Accuracy

We strive to deliver data with 97%+ accuracy for email verification. However, business data is dynamic — businesses change phone numbers, close down, or update their online presence. We make no absolute guarantee that every data point will be accurate at the time of your use.

Our accuracy commitment applies specifically to email MX verification at the time of delivery. If more than 10% of MX-verified emails bounce within 7 days of delivery, we will provide replacement leads at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • One-time orders are charged at the time of order confirmation
  • Monthly subscription plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Invoices are provided via email for all transactions

5. Refunds

Free samples carry no obligation and require no payment. For paid orders:

  • Before delivery: Full refund available if you cancel before data is delivered
  • After delivery: If the delivered data does not meet the agreed specifications (industry, location, data fields), we will either provide corrected data or issue a full refund at your choice
  • Accuracy claims: If email bounce rate exceeds 10% within 7 days, we provide replacement leads at no cost
  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkKTech and Askasia Technology LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the data, including but not limited to losses from email campaigns, outreach efforts, or business decisions made based on our data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or use our services in a manner that could harm our business or other users. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us at maya@thinkktech.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
